EM Favre
1997 ELITE Hanoverian Mare
Sire: Walldorf (Watzmann/Perser xx)
Dam: Guedesandt (Gesandt)
Approved: AHS, JBP AHS, Old V.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Favre is a 1997 Hanoverian mare by the Elite Hanoverian stallion, Walldorf. Walldorf is one of the
top scoring stallions imported to the US with all 3 gaits scoring 9+. Favre was inspection champion as a
weanling against colts and fillies at her foal inspection. The German judge said that it was foals like her
that all Germans strive to breed for. Favre also won her classes at the Raleigh breedshow as a weanling and as a
2 year old. She received top scores to earn her Elite Mare Candidate status at her 3 year old
inspections with the American Hanoverian Society in 2000. After having two babies she completed her
Mare Performance Test (MPT) in 2004 winning the high score for the day with an overall score of 7.44.
Some of her highlight scores include:
=> Trot 8
=> Canter 8
=> Jumping Ability 9
She has now completed all requirements and is designated as an Elite Mare (EM) with the American Hanoverian
Society. Also, since she demonstrated her outstanding jumping skills in her MPT, coupled with her bloodlines
she was selected into the NA Hanoverian Jumper Program. Favre's foals have
been very athletic with excellent gaits. They are now winning in the show ring and even receiving
High Score awards (see our News). Favre took some time from breeding to
go through her Mare Performance Test (MPT) and be a riding horse. She is a fabulous ride! She
returned to the breeding shed in 2006 and had a fabulous filly for us by Fabuleux.
Favre has been bred twice to the young jumping star
Balou de Rouet (Baloubet du Rouet/Continue)
owned by Paul Schockemohle. He has been producing outstanding quality demonstrating his ability to pass on his
nice type, movement and jump. We love those versatile stallions! He's been a wonderful cross with Favre. Both foals, Bada Bling and Bebop Balou have been inspection winners. Look for them in the ring soon!
Favre has also been bred 3x to the Fabriano line. Once directly to Fabriano himself and twice to the well know Hanoverian stallion Fabuleux (Fabriano/Augustinus xx/Absatz). Full Scoop (Fabriano) has scored nothing lower than 8's on gaits and won the Regaion I GAIG Championships before being sidelined with EPM. Favulous and Fine Design are by Fabuleux. Favulous is moving quickly through the the levels in the dressage arena and was one of the top 4yo in the country in 2011. In 2013 she debuted at 3rd level. We wecomed Fine Design this year and are very excited about her. Lots of scope and suspension and very quiet temperament. We plan to add her to our band of broodmares to stay here at Kingston Farm.
Favre's colt by Rosario is an outstanding mover. Rosario has a dressage breeding index of 146. Will be under saddle soon!
For 2014, we have followed our dressage interest and bred Favre to the upcoming star, Sir Donnerhall II. Full brother to the very successful Sir Donnerhall I (Federal Champion, Vice World Champion and sire of extraordinary progeny), he is following in his footsteps as both a competitor in the ring and wonderful producer. This should be an exciting cross!

Dixie is a 2000 buckskin overo Paint mare with world class performance bloodlines. Her AQHA grandsires are Kay Cee
Leaguer (World Champion Jr Western Pleasure, Reserve World Champion 2yo Snaffle Bit, and High Point Western
Pleasure stallion) and Dynamic Deluxe (Superior Western Pleasure, ROM, QH Congress winner, Leading sire
of performance ROMs, and designated AQHA CH Sire). She is a Pony Club mount extraordinaire and has taken each new learning experience with a patient and "will do" attitude.
To follow my sport horse breeding ways, in 2006 I bred her to the young RPSI approved sport pony
Art I Decked Out,
aka "Artie".
Artie's sire, Llandefalle Better by Far is a Welsh/TB that has produced many hunter pony and
Devon winners. His dam-sire is the beautiful and talented Dutch pinto stallion Art Deco who
has produced many talented dressage and all around sport horses. Dixie was presented to the RPSI
in 2007 and accepted into their sportpony breeding program. In 2013 she was presented to the Weser Ems (Oldenburg Verband Pony Division) and
was accepted in the Main Marebook. Her 2007 filly, scoredan 8 on movement at her inspection and her 2013 filly was awarded a Premium! Both display her wonderful, kind disposition.

Cafe Mocha
2007 Dutch Mare
Sire: Freestyle (Florestan/SPS Paloma)
Dam: Leah (Roemer/Bengel Ruler xx)
Approved: KWPN (Dutch), Oldenburg Verband

~ Mocha as a 4 Year Old Under Saddle (August 2011) ~
~ Mocha as a 6 Year Old Under Saddle (July 2013) ~
Mocha is a homebred 2007 dark bay Dutch mare by Freestyle out of Leah by Roemer. Mocha has always been a looker but once we started riding her we knew she had to stay at Kingston Farm. Super rideability and super gaits! She's very sensible and kind and quiet enough to put my 11 year old daughter on her. She won both her Training level classes at her first show with scores in the 70's. The judges comments included, 'Ready for Grand Prix?' With all her characteristics and her ability to sit we definitely think its a possibility.
Mocha was presented to the Oldenburg Verband in 2011. She was accepted into the Main Mare Book (MMB) scoring 8's for Head, Breed and Sex Type, and General Impression & Overall Development. Holly Simensen (North American Director Oldenburg Verband) gave the best compliment when she said, "I would be very proud to have this mare in my own barn!"
Mocha's Bloodlines: Mocha's sire, Freestyle is a product
of the much sought after performance producer, Florestan. He has an unbelieveable temperament and superb movement. He won his performance testing
(1st in dressage and 7th in jumping) and has continued to show his winning ways with many championships. His daughter,
Twinkle competed in her Grand Prix debut under Olympian Hubertus Schmidt. Recently Freestyle was rated with a dressage index of 151. His ranking places him along side Don Frederico, Dressage Royal, Furst Heinrich, Waterford Weltmeyer and Wie Weltmeyer. This group of stallions have the 17th highest dressage index and are the 35-41 on the list. This makes Freestyle one of 2 stallions with the highest Dressage index stallions in North America! This is an outstanding accomplishment for Freestyle considering he only stood two breeding season in Europe!! Congratulations Freestyle!
Mocha's dam, Leah is by Iron Spring's flagship stallion, Roemer
who was just recently inducted into the USDF Hall of Fame and has been a consistent producer of rideable performance horses. Roemer was a Grand Prix jumper before becoming a Grand Prix dressage horse proving his versatility and rideability. Leah's other offspring have been winners at their keurings as foals, on the line and in the dressage ring under saddle. Her 2002 filly by Ruffian received a '9' on gaits in the GAIG Regional championship class and in 2012 earned scores for her AA owner to receive their USDF Silver medal!
We plan to show Mocha for the next few years before breeding her. Keep an eye out for us in the show ring!
